Position of Make Title tag in relation to Abstract field

Version: 4.x, & 5.x - Scientific WorkPlace & Scientific Word

In most shells, the Make Title tag that tells the program to create the title area should come before the Abstract field. Otherwise, the abstract will be typeset before the title information.

However, in some shells, the abstract is part of the title. In those cases, the Make Title tag should come after the Abstract field. The document shells indicate when this exception is in effect.
